The Gnomes in the Trees

At Jacky Foster's eighth birthday party, he is surprised when a statue of a gnome suddenly comes alive. The gnome asks Jacky to help his family who live in a faraway place called Gnomia. Jacky and his dog Sparky go off to help. When he returns home he discovers that the gnome statue suddenly runs off into the woods. Did everything really happen or was it just a dream?
