This book is about the fascinating journey of a lifetime that all humans must travel. It is intended to encourage all of us to consider the subject of death positively and in the context of three clear objectives: to learn as mochas one is permitted to know about the subject: to formulate a structured approach to living with one's knowledge of the subject; to allow nothing to overshadow the joy and pleasures of the present, or derail one's hopes and dreams for a meaningful life. The Revd. Harris Spence is an Anglican priest in the Diocese of Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. In the early years before ordination, he worked in the family owned construction company while he-furthered his studies in the field of building, construction, architecture and quantity surveying through City and: Guilds of London. He became involved in the life and work of his church-All Saints Anglican in Chester Castle. Hanover, where he served for some time as a bay Reader, in response to his call to full tune ministry he attended the Wilson Carlyle School of Evangelism in London. England, between 1964 and 1967. On completion of studies, he was commissioned as Evangelist/Church Army Officer in the Anglican Church at the Southwick Cathedral in London. On his return to Jamaica he was assigned to the Fellowship and Moore Town churches in the parish, of Portland. In 1975, he enrolled in the building construction course at the College of-Arts, Science and Technology - now The University of Technology (UTECH). He then went on to the United Theological College of the West Indies. He was ordained deacon in 1978 and later that year an ordained priest. He was seconded to the Diocese of Belize, in 1980, where he served as Priest in Charge of St. Mary's Church, Belize City and Diocesan Advisor on Buildings, this continued for four years. On Ins return, (1984). Revd. Spence was appointed Priest in Charge of the St. George's Church in Grand Cayman and later as Rector (1987). He retired in 1997, but continues to serve in the Diocese, particularly in churches across Jamaica during the Easter and Christmas seasons. Revd. Spence is the author of four books: "The Woman I married is not my Wife…:" ; "21st Century Hymns and Spiritual Songs": "The Journey to Eternal Solvation"; and "Love Under Siege".
