"My Prospects" is the memoirs of an ordained minister who served churches and organizations in Connecticut, Illinois, Minnesota, Massachusetts, and New York City. Along the way he was a national advocate for the value of public education and the importance of the objective study of religion in public schools. In his home town he helped to make dramatic changes in the community, library, church, and school district, while organizing the land trust and leading in the largest celebrations in the history of the town.
