Rosie's Brain

Rosie's Brain introduces elementary school students to mindfulness skills and the parts of the brain that help us manage anger and calm down: the amygdala, hippocampus, and prefrontal cortex. Through a humorous story that children identify with, cheerful illustrations, and age-appropriate prose, Rosie's Brain teaches children simple and powerful tools to arrive at healthy solutions to conflict.
