A Brochure to promote the activities o the Department of Professional Education and Research Development. MSOE seminars offer participants the opportunity to explore technological developments and current applications and techniques. The programs are designed to keep practicing engineers abreast of new developments and applications, and also to provide a basic understanding of the technology to new entrants into the field.
