Angry Ana

Angry Ana is the story of a little girl in elementary school who struggles with managing her anger. Throughout the book, she learns coping methods for how she can manage her anger on a daily basis to help her deal with her personal struggles in school and at home. It is intended to be a resource for kids to learn ways to manage anger in their lives, as well as to help their friends in managing anger.
