Led by faulty perceptions from a schizophrenic diagnosis, Nicole Avery allowed herself to be taken advantage of for most of her life. Much like her mother, who also suffers from the illness, depression and schizophrenia is the key to the vehicle of her downfall. She had always been the blame for her mother's pitiful marriage and everything else that had gone wrong in her life. Apparently, the fruit didn't fall too far from that tree.
