As a Wolf Breathes is the second installment of Wing Williams' first poetry trilogy. It is not about a wolf per se, but about attributes which a wolf and we hypostasize, mystery, pain, tenacity, love, joy, tenderness, challenge, wit. As spoken in Wing's first book The Bear Within, 'be ye not afraid of the wild truth within yet sharpen it with life,' so too As a Wolf Breathes is but a dream and a catalyst, an intricate treasure map to anima-gold within.
