Dark Monolith

Deadly weapons from the Thrall Wars have resurfaced, ones that could spell doom for the land of Thac. With the entire world at stake, Ravenford's young heroes must find the monolith of the Golem Thrall Master hidden somewhere in the depths of the mysterious Darkwoods-but first, they must deal with the wrath of Dunwynn.

Accused of treason, the youths must prove their innocence, or be banished from Ravenford forever. It all rests on the shoulders of the fearless young warrior, Lloyd Stealle, in a trial by combat with the arrogant Sir Fafnar. From the tournament fields of Ravenford to the shores of Lake Strikken to the depths of the Darkwoods, the young heroes face political exile, fierce monsters, and terrible demons in a perilous race to find the Dark Monolith.

Yet once there the struggle is far from over, for the Serpent Cult has beaten them to the ancient structure. Worse, the entire inside of the monolith is laden with all sorts of deadly puzzles and traps. Can they stop the cultists from gaining the secrets of the dread Golem Thrall Master, or will the whole world be plunged into darkness at the hands of the murderous cult?
