Growing up, I loved to cook. By the time I was 8 years old, I was cooking a full course meal. For me, cooking has always been a stress release and a time to commune with God. I love cooking for my family and friends. I have instilled the love of cooking in my daughter, Taya. Can I Help You Cook highlights Baby Girl's day of cooking a meal with Big Ma. I have also enclosed some of my family's favorite recipes that I prepare for them.
