Mazes are puzzles with the objective to find the path from one area to another area. The areas are typically a noticeably big space or shape in white. Sometimes this area will be marked with a “Start” or “Finish”. Look for special instructions on the page. I personally like to use a highlighter to draw the path through, but any writing utensil will work.

Patterns are fun to stare at. Focus and unfocus your eyes while staring and notice the subtle changes that occur. Good for something to look at and focus on while you clear your mind. Also great to color and see what extra patterns came come about with different colors.
