Law enforcement officers of Liukin are getting their hands tied up trying to apprehend the newest gang of thieves in the city. The gang's "fire, flee, riot, and rob" tactics, symbolized by their most rowdy and creative female felon called "Ferret", have sparked up half the town into panic. Detective Owens is the only cat who knows how to play the game with these mischievous mice, but can he catch a ferret?
