Author Katie Reilly lives in the Sunshine Coast of Queensland Australia in a cozy little house where she grows her beautiful roses and orchids.

But Katie is not your typical 88-year-old great-grandmother.

At the age of 86, Katie acquired her first laptop computer and learned how to use the Internet.

Katie has always been a great storyteller and has told her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren many, many stories over the years.

So now at the age of 88 and at the prompting of family members, she has begun to put her stories into children’s books.

Most of the stories Katie tells are real-life experiences, although some have been embellished…just a little.

Frog and Gerry is the first of Katie’s fun little children’s books.
