The Books That Grew Wings

Each night, when the library closed and all the books were safe, the books came alive. Each book had its own special nature and they discussed with each other the contents of the written words inside their pages: the day’s events or their dreams of the future. Sometimes they had visitors from other libraries and this was a time of great excitement, as different news was able to be shared.
