They don't have a set meaning rather you reflect on them on a day to day and give meaning to them. 100 days will easily pass by and before you know it, it's another new years and not many goals have been accomplished.
Start the journal by listing goals you want to accomplish in the first 100 days like exercising 3 times a week and drinking a certain amount of water. Writing this things down everyday will help etch their importance in your mind. On the left side of the journal write your daily objectives and on the right write down your reflections @ the end of the day.
The best way to accomplish major goals is to have a track record of accomplishing minor goals. It takes 3 to 4 weeks to start or drop a habit. How about 100 days to solidify a habit of accomplishing goals. If you want to start accomplished goals - you have to start small by building a foundation of being practical and having a record of accomplishing your goals.
They is something truly unique about pen and paper. Electronic tracking systems don't quite personally relate. By writing things down and being able to flip the pages to previous days, you will start to see the magnitude of days passed compared to the objectives/goals you have accomplished.
