In den letzten Jahren gewann das Thema Projektkommunikation zunehmend an Bedeutung, da Projekte häufig aufgrund schlechter oder mangelnder Kommunikation scheitern.
Gegenstand dieser Arbeit ist es, auf Basis des aktuellen Stands der Literatur die Kommunikationserfordernisse der Projektteilnehmer/innen in differenzierten Projektarten zu unterscheiden und hinsichtlich ihrer Intensität in unterschiedlichen Projektphasen zu bewerten.
Im Anschluss werden verschiedene Web-2.0-Tools vorgestellt und definiert, ob diese die Kommunikation in einem Standardprojekt, einem Akzeptanzprojekt, einem Potentialprojekt oder einem Pionierprojekt unterstützen können.

Abstract
In recent years the topic of project communication has become increasingly important, as projects often fail due to poor communication or lack of communication. Subject of this work is to discriminate communication requirements of project participants into differentiated types of projects on the basis of the current state of literature, and evaluate its intensity in different phases of the project. Following, several Web-2.0-tools will be introduced,
and defined whether they can support communication in a standard project, a project acceptance, a potential project or a pioneering project.
