Oceanspace

Following a mysterious attack by what appears to be a sea monster, a group of experts (along with a pesky journalist and a perky teen) is dispatched to an underwater mining facility to sort out the situation. Discovering everything from a variety of conspiracies to "evidence" of the monster, the researchers try and hold their own in the face of sabotage and the natural dangers of the deep.
