Connected Planning: A Playbook for Agile Decision-Making

Technology for each of the components of enterprise performance management (EPM) has been rapidly advancing, especially in the areas of predictive analytics and cloud-based solutions but the vision and thought-leadership is lacking. This title introduces a framework for implementing and managing next generation functionality for better insight, focus, and alignment.
