This workbook was prepared with you, the student, in mind. It is designed to help you understand and apply theories,

concepts, and terms in General Psychology. This complete guide helps students review and reflect on the material presented

in Ciccarelli & Meyer Psychology. This workbook can also be used as a general source for the understanding and knowledge

of mental process and human behavior.

The workbook explores the major psychological approaches to the study of behavior, including their history, theory,

methods, and terminology. Its goal is to introduce and reinforce the students’ knowledge of the material presented in any

psychological text.
