Adele: The Journey of Her Life

Adele is an extremely popular and successful British singer/songwriter. Adele is one of the highest paid musicians in the world today thanks to smash hits such as "Rolling in the Deep" and "Set Fire to the Rain". In 2012 alone Adele earned more than $32 million. A singer-songwriter known for her blues and jazz-influenced style, Adele burst onto the music scene at the age of 19, and has since gone on to win numerous Grammy and Brit Awards. As of December 2012, Adele has been nominated for nearly 140 major awards and has won 78, including four AMAs, 12 Billboard awards and eight Grammys. Both of her albums have achieved Gold or Platinum status in multiple countries and she has had six Top 20 hits.
