Transnational Corporations and Human Rights

International academics representing a range of disciplines discuss the relationship between transnational corporations and human rights. Nine contributions address such topics as mining and environmental human rights in Papua New Guinea; labor rights in the garment industry in South and Southeast Asia; and U.S. certification initiatives in the coffee industry.
