My Weird Little War

In June, 1994, Earle Lord volunteered for the U.S. Army after two years service with the Coast Guard and merchant marine, planning to get away from the Pacific Ocean. This is a true account, with a few name changes, of his experience in the army describing a few of the weird and wonderful characters he encountered and an Alice in Wonderland set of experiences he found hard to believe. This is a straight account of his eighteen months of strange service in the army, his wierd little war. Intended primarily for family and friends, others are welcome.
