Morality, Moral Luck and Responsibility: Fortune's Web

Athanassoulis (philosophy, U. of Leeds) holds up for examination the fact that all too often we are blamed or praised for what is in essence the result of sheer chance. She contrasts the idea by Aristotle that reconciles a high level of morality with luck, and the Kantian drive to eradicate all consideration of luck while still considering human nature.
