The Widowing of Mrs. Holroyd

Lawrence (1885-1930) was an English novelist, poet, playwright, essayist, literary critic and painter who explored issues such as sexuality, emotional health and instinct in his work. This play written in 1911 and published in a revised version in 1914 is based on his short story Odour of Chrysanthemums.
