A catalogue of the the epigraphic incriptions from the tombstones at the Anglican cemetery in Tunis, mostly of seamen, merchants, and the British consular families. Discussion centres on the language and style of the epitaphs, the form and decoration of the tombs, the origins and professions of the deceased, and possible reasons for mortality.
