A second cookbook by Evita, the alter-ego of South Africa's premier political satirist Pieter-Dirk Uys. Evita shares recipes and stories collected on her travels, including cuisine from the desert countries. Recipes include exotic dishes like quail and guinea fowl with prunes and quince stew, but also traditional South-African foods, often with a modern twist.
