Beneath Dark Water

When a little girl unexpectedly shows up on her doorstep one day, Sherry Henderson takes her in as her own. Her name may be Talia, or Rachael, or Nico, but to Sherry she's simply Child who helps fill the void in her heart left when her own child was killed in a random terrorist bombing. When the girl suddenly disappears, police and social services see it as another twelve-year-old runaway case.
