Everyone thinks Jess Stranahan has her life under control. Her husband is in awe of her skills as a wife and mother. Her fellow teachers joke about her compulsion to dot every i and cross every t. No one realizes the energy she expends in her quest for perfection after enduring a chaotic childhood. Her carefully controlled existence begins to unravel when she receives a most unwelcome phone call.
