Dr. Lynn Anderson is a dentist practicing in rural North Carolina. Convinced her husband Tony intends to kill her, Lynn's life degenerates into a paranoid mess of blackouts and sinister threats. Living in fear, trusting no one, Lynn's vaunted mental discipline begins to fail her as she struggles to unravel the mystery of her husband's bizarre and frightening behavior.
