Kodiak Tales: Stories of Adventure on Alaska’s Emerald Isle, investigates the many-faceted experiences of living on Kodiak Island. Shipwrecks, plane crashes, bears, and Kodiak’s often-harsh and unforgiving environment are among the challenges facing the archipelago’s hearty residents.
