Kelly is a young girl with a rough past. Her dad is abusive, and she doesn’t have many friends, which can make school a living hell for her. But luckily, he’s out of her life and she has a brother for a protector . . . as well as a hippogriff. She loves her books where she met him. That makes her life a bit more bearable. But what happens when her dad finds her, and it all starts up again?
