âYou know we are going to have to pick a name for this beautiful baby girl.
we canât just keep calling her, âbaby.â
Albert said, âOK, Iâll look in the telephone book and pick out one.â âOh, no you donât. This is a very special baby and she is not going to get a name out of any telephone book.â

A long period of silence prevailed as they continued to watch over â Babyâ. After about five minutes, Trudy breaks the silence.
âLets call her Amanda, Albert.â
âAmanda Jane.â Albert adds.
âAmanda Jane.â Trudy repeats.
they both look back towards their daughter,
the taste of her name on the tip of their tongues

âAmanda and Albert, I am sorry, I am so very sorry, I hurt you both very deep.
I can only ask for your forgiveness.
please have mercy on me.â
