Songs of Poetry

Songs of poetry is a collection of thoughts and feelings that I have experienced throughout life. These poems address a variety of common aspects including love, sex, and relationships both good and bad. Each entry is a reflection of my step-by-step journey into womanhood and motherhood as well. Despite the different paths we individually choose to follow, potholes are everywhere. Everyone knows when they’ve reached a fork in the road. There are just certain things that we ALL can relate to. Songs of Poetry is one of them. It will take you on an emotional ride. It’ll make you laugh. It’ll make you cry. When I wrote this book I chose to write in a different aspect from other poetry writer’s. In order to distinguish my writing, I chose not to use punctuation because I like a certain flow within my poetry. I hope you enjoy my book as much as I enjoyed writing it!
