What Lies Behind the Mountains

It is 1883 when Magda gives birth to Theresia. Magda's early death shortens Theresia's childhood and forces her from one employment to another. Starting in Admont, to Vienna, and Meran, Italy. There, she finds herself alone to give birth to her daughter Anna. WWI. loss of her husband, home and savings she makes her decisions by faith. Anna bears three children pre and during WWII. She loses two.
Erika, the only surviving child grows up in the aftermath of WWII Tested and broken she also finds her "center" in the only way she can, through her Christian faith.
