An Other Time

There comes a time in every life when the very bedrock of their inner being is threatened. This is a story of two such people who helped one another ford the floods of change. From somewhat disparate backgrounds, the commonality which they find is born of a profound sadness. There is an other life waiting for those who will live. It lays in a phone call, in a chance meeting, in a community event, at the market, the library, the bus stop. For these two people it was a class reunion.
