Shadow Waits

In a universe parallel to out own Michael Macdonald was a pre-med student in the Marine Corps reserve, called to duty in Kuwait when King Saddom of Iraq unleashed horrors upon the world never seen since ancient times. He discovered the secret that stopped the ghouls and put the world back in balance, leading the counter-attack which gave Kuwait back to her people. But the emotional scars he returned home with forced Michael to build a wall between the world and himself,
