Good Roots: A Southern Family Cookbook

Growing up in New Orleans, La. I discovered early in life that I love to cook and eat. As a collector of recipes and cookbooks I have long aspired to publish my own cookbook. Well, now that I have an empty nest, there is time. Time for me to act on some of the dreams I have had to put on hold. I am pleased to present my debut cookbook. The book is a compilation of some of my favorite creations and family recipes.
