The Oblong Dots

Global Industries, developing military and industrial software, is the prime target for software thieves. Mike Welling's job as a security chief is to expose those who try to steal his company's top secret military programs. Following a bizarre auto accident, Welling begins to suspect that he alone may be is company's greatest threat by unknowingly stealing software that promises not only bankruptcy for Global but also poses a threat to national security. Convinced he is a pawn in a deadly game, but proud of his standing in his company, Welling is torn between a desire to foil the scheme or to hand the task over to his superiors and the authorities. As he is drawn deeper into the plot, however, retreat becomes impossible, especially when he is mysteriously urged to continue. Complications arise when he learns that the new woman in his life may also be involved.
