The Magical world is in danger of extinction. As a way of battling this problem, the government has issued a mandate forcing every pure blood witch and wizard who are of the appropriate age and able to bear children, to marry another who is of pure blood. Clarissa, a young witch, just turned eighteen and has received her notification, along with a list of the wizards who have petitioned for her hand. Also tucked away within the notice is a charm.
