The First Eight

In the early days of the yester year 1848, the dark tunnel of
the equality of light did not exist for colored people. A hundred and
one years later, in 1948, there was a flicker of light and hope for
the justice and equality for colored people. That flicker of light was
eight colored men who became the first eight colored policemen of
Atlanta: The First Eight.

hellacious, heart-warming, and yet humanistic facts ever to be
revealed of love, sex, politics, political corruption, and racial unrest.
This story is the beginning of the true Atlanta: 1847 and 1948.
