Inspirational Thoughts

Inspiration Thoughts is a collection of poems written during my teenage years
until present time. The poems express feelings of sadness, joy, hope etc. The poems
expressed are poems of my life, family and friends. For example An Unheard Voice
was written when a co-worker of mine was, due to have her baby and I imagined
what the baby may be thinking! My Valentine (My Love) was written while in
college, at a time of feeling lonely seeing many of my friends getting married. This
poem showed me that Jesus was my love, until I would meet the right person for
me. After moving to Michigan in 1998 I found out that 80% of teenagers were
sexually active. This revelation prompted me to write the poem I'm A Teenager, I
thought I could help teenagers understand that sex is great, but is designed only for
the scenery of marriage. Each poem is meant to inspire readers to look toward God
for help during any situation or problem that they may encounter in their everyday
lives.
