Nature book first published around 1900. According to Wikipedia: "Edward Step (1855–1931) was the author of books on various aspects of nature. He produced many books on insects, shellfish, trees and flowers, publishing from 1896 until 1940. Those on flowers were beautifully illustrated, some if not all by Mabel Emily Step (his daughter - b 1881). These include a ‘pocket guide’ entitled Wayside and Wayside Blossoms published in 1905."
