The Chef Detective

The Chef Detective is a story about a young lady named Noelle Bailey. At twenty-one, Noelle becomes one of the youngest executive chefs around. She is hired at a country club outside of Houston, Texas. She works hard trying to prove to everyone there, including herself, that she deserves the job. There are those at the country club who would like to see Noelle disappear. As she is flipping omelets and perfecting souffles, Noelle stumbles upon a mystery at the club. She becomes entangled in a web of lies and deceit that puts her life in danger. All the while, Noelle finds time to fall in love with a sexy firefighter who helps her uncover the truth and find happiness.
