Love and Death in the Pines

- An invitation to attend the Grand Opening of The Pines Antique Shop, in the New Jersey Pine Barrens, had unintended consequences for Dr. James Bradley. He was invited at the request of an old friend, Janet Cook. He was rewarded by falling in love with her niece, Dr. Meghan Malloy, a gorgeous Art Historian with a mean disposition. Meghan did not share his feelings - she claimed they had nothing in common. The events that followed did not add to the relationship. On the evening of the Grand Opening, Jim was attacked in the back parking area of the Antique Shop. This led to the revelation of his true identity to the woman he loved. Dr. James Bradley was an FBI Agent; in this capacity he was assigned to investigate the serious crimes that he discovered in this "Little bit of Heaven". Meghan and Jim were joined in this dangerous venture - but only professionally. Despite their strained relationship, it was Meghan's Aunt Janet, a wise and gentle lady, who taught Jim and Meg the nature of Trust and Love.
