Shortcut To A Nervous Breakdown

I write poetry to help sort out all of the problems in my life, so my poetry is very personal, and sometimes it might even be a little disturbing, but I always try to leave the light on at the end of the tunnel. This collection of poems is the result of the first forty years of my life. If I happen to live another forty years, there just might be another book.
