This book consists of stories of loss and trauma. It's aimed at sharing the experiences of those who have experienced loss and trauma, to assist those who find themselves in such situations, currently. These stories are to give support and help them see how others in the same situations have managed to cope and move on. The stories also give a picture of those who are going through a loss, in order for their friends, relatives and neighbors to understand the extent of their suffering. It gives ideas of the kind of support they need during their loss.
