Me and My Bipolar Disorder: Upside Down Backwards

I am a wife, a mother of three, and a grandmother of three. I enjoy writing. I have just begun my career in writing what I know about very wellâ"Me and My Bipolar. I am very happy that I can admit to the ludicrous lifestyle that I have. I have an RN degree and have been teaching people about mental illness and doing some motivational speaking for about ten years.
Teaching about mental illness is a passion, and as a member of NAMI, I want to get the word out that a personâs life does not have to be miserable just because they have a mental illness. I
have always believed that âknowledge is power.â So when you have the knowledge about your mental illness, you will be in control.
My hobbies are reading, finding ways to increase my self-esteem, traveling,
dancing, teaching, telling jokes, and going to the movies. Alone!
It is my wish that this book will be used for training/teaching purposes. A
person might see themselves or they may see someone else while reading this book. The point is if you see yourself, use it to your benefit. If you see someone else, tell them to read the book and let them see themselves.
Expose and change the beliefs that control your life. If they are working,
continue with them. If they are not working, do something to fix them.
