From An Ill Mind

The poems in this book were written from personal experiences,
relationships, dreams, and imagination. Raw thoughts and emotion that
most humans hide. They speak of love, hate, weakness, strength, life,
death, hope and sorrow, self destruction, and a search for self. Feelings
all of us have and experience everyday-Some of us are just too afraid to
express or accept them. I've put them all out for you. Keeping too much
built up inside will rot you from the inside out. I've been a very shy person
my whole life and kept a lot of things to myself. Nothing good came out
of it, you only hurt yourself in the end. Release that energy any way you
know how. This is my way.
