Phyllis Elaine Booker-Owens was born April 12, 1961 to the Parents of the Late Mary Elizabeth Ross-Booker and the Late Donald Wilson Booker. She was raise in an area in Macon, Georgia known as Fort Hill in East Macon. She is the mother of three sons: Tavares, Mario, Phillip and Little Kevin who is preceded in death and she is the Guardian of Shanquala. She has two sisters: Cynthia Ross-Hawkins and Katrina Booker-Atkinson both from Macon, GA; and one brother Terrance Booker of Macon, GA. She is the grandmother of nine. She attended Bibb County Public Schools. She is a 1979 Graduate of Northeast High School Macon, GA She is a 1981 Graduate of Crandall Junior College in Macon, GA. She furthered her studies in Funeral Service Education from Stratford Career Institute. She is a member of CHRIST BIBLE TABERNACLE OF PRAISE where the Pastor is Pastor/Prophetess Rose M. Brown of Macon, GA. Her mission is to lead and tell some lost soul about Christ.
