Do the Right Thing: Lessons for Life

These stories are mostly true, based on situations involving our animals since moving to Hastings County in 1970. Do The Right Thing is intended for children aged 3 to 6. Each story contains a moral or two and some pretty cool animals. We can all learn from animals. This is my first venture into the field of children's literature and hopefully not the last-a far cry from military history.

Bill is a retired high school teacher who taught History, Law, and English in Toronto, Belleville, Trenton, France, and Germany. He was born, raised, and educated (U of T class of 1963) in Toronto. He and his wife Ruth have three children and two precious grandchildren. His previous work includes My Grandfather's War, Billy Bishop V.C., and Nine Hours.
